1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website rushmore.ics.si and your enrollment in, or purchase of, any programme or service offered by Transpersonal Psychology Institute, Vjkova 3, Sezana 6210, Slovenia, (“we,” “us,” “ITP”/”the Institute”), including but not limited to the Integral Consciousness Studies Graduate Programme, and individual coaching or consulting engagements (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Services

We provide the following categories of Services. Each may carry additional programme-specific terms (e.g., an admissions agreement or cohort syllabus), which take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict:

  • Graduate academic programs — the Integral Consciousness Studies (ICS) Graduate Program, delivered under academic affiliation with Rushmore University.
  • Professional training — ICS and related certificate or diploma courses.
  • Coaching and consulting — individual or group humanistic, transpersonal coaching and consulting sessions.

3. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an enquiry, application, or enrollment form. You are responsible for promptly updating any information that changes.

Admission to academic or training programs is at our discretion and subject to any applicable academic or professional entry requirements. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for each Service are as published on the relevant program page or as separately communicated to you in writing at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to change fees for future enrollments; fees already agreed for your current enrollment will not change retroactively.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment/forms provider Stripe and/or PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize that provider to process the transaction on our behalf, subject to that provider’s own terms.

5. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refunds

5.1 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA enrolling in a Service online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of enrollment without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), unless an exception applies (for example, where you have expressly requested the Service to begin during the withdrawal period and expressly acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right once fully performed).

5.2 Program Withdrawal After the Cooling-Off Period

  • Withdrawal after the 14-day period but before the program start date: refund of fees paid.
  • Withdrawal after the Program has started: pro-rated refund based on modules/sessions not yet delivered, or no refund after each completed module.

5.3 Coaching/Consulting Session Cancellation

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice without charge; late cancellations may be charged in full.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, recorded sessions, written works, and ICS methodology and branding are the intellectual property of Transpersonal Psychology Institute and are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law. Enrollment in a Service grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your own study or professional development. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly share, or use course materials or the ICS name and methodology to deliver competing training, without our prior written consent.

7. Website Content and Acceptable Use

Content on this website (text, graphics, logos) is provided for general informational purposes and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as necessary to browse the site or as expressly permitted.

You agree not to use this website to:
(a) violate any applicable law;
(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
(c) transmit malicious code; or
(d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

8. Disclaimers

Educational and coaching Services are provided in good faith and reflect the professional judgment of our faculty and practitioners. They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, and nothing on this website or delivered through our Services should be understood as a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed medical provider directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Slovenian or EU law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes affecting an existing enrollment or ongoing engagement, we will provide reasonable advance notice (e.g., by email or a notice on this page) before the change takes effect for that enrollment. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for new enquiries or enrollments.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and relevant EU laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rights you may have in your country of residence under EU law.
